MARKET MONITORING Throughout the marketing process, information on the real estate market in general, and your area in particular, is frequently monitored, analyzed and shared with you until your property sells. OFFER REVIEW & CONTRACTUAL REPRESENTATION If changes need to be made to an offer after it is received, a counter offer will be drafted for your approval.
