Denny Beckham"Historically, in the Summer of 1985, while working at Rocketdyne in Canoga Park, a new hire became a co-worker and got me interested in real estate. I went to school, passed the State exam the first time and, in March, 1986, became an agent with Valley Homes Realtors in Simi Valley (where I've lived since I was 5). Then, after interviewing some top brokers here, I moved over to the innovative R. R. Gable Real Estate in February, 1988, then began helping my buyer and past clients with their purchase and refinance loan needs in 1997 as well. I decided to earn my Broker's license in 2001 and, three years later, in 2004, opened my own branch office of Gable, naming it what my teenage son suggested: Beckham Estate Brokerage. Eleven years afterwards, in the Summer of 2015, we launched 'BEB' as its own, independent firm and have subsequently been Blessed with more Success ever since, including my driving passion to offer my clients comprehensive, 'one-stop' services. I therefore became affiliated as a Mortgage Loan Originator

Denny's History
FamilyBorn in Glendale, California, Denny moved to Reseda (L.A.) and then Simi Valley, as a boy. He later graduated from Simi High, then went to Moorpark College, got into aerospace and, finally, graduated from the popular Lumbleau School of Real Estate in 1985, obtaining his Agent's license, marrying the love of his life and leasing his "first real estate car" (an Audi Quattro), all in in the first half of 1986.
He continued to make his home in Simi with Elizabeth, their 4 adult kids and 5 grandchildren they're now blessed to INJoyu ntil 2024, when they moved to Latah County in Northern Idaho (to their surprise!). Now an Idaho Real Estate Broker/Realtor, he can serve clients not "only" in SoCal but also in Idaho (including relocations both ways)! |

Curriculum Vitae
Denny's love for Simi Valley and its surrounding areas is evidenced by his long-term commitment to them. He not only served our 'Quad-Valley' Communities as a member of the Local Governmental/Political Affairs Committee at the Conejo/Simi/Moorpark Association of Realtors but also the people of California as a Notary Public and avid proponent of private property rights, lower property taxes and less government intrusion in general. Mr. Beckham has also completed two two-year terms serving as a volunteer on the Executive Board of Neighborhood Council #4, then completed Simi’s renowned CERT training program so he can continue to serve as part of their Community Emergency Response/DSW Team and, most recently, Simi's comprehensive Citizen's Police Academy. Born in Glendale, California, he moved to Simi Valley as a young boy with the traditional, nuclear family he was blessed to be raised in. Married in the late 1980s, he continued to make his residence in his childhood home in East Simi for 55 years with his wife for life and children…and some spiritually-adopted ‘kids'! Together, Denny and Liz serve as Lay-pastors of Community Outreach/Public Relations, Worship and Education at The Rock Church, an Original Christian Fellowship Denny had been a part of since the early 1980s. Mr. Beckham graduated from the prestigious Lumbleau School of Real Estate in 1985 and has since gone on to become one of Southern California's most respected Real Estate Brokers.
Now relocated to Northern/North Central Idaho with his clan of four adult children (including his daughter-in-law and son-in-law) and five grands, he recently earned his Idaho Real Estate Broker’s license (and Company license for Beckham Estate Brokerage) and is serving clients in both states, having gone through the research, resourcing and rigors of making the monumental move out-of-state and his familiar, entire-life, SoCal “comfort zone”…but where he still visits, serves both in-person and remotely, and is blessed to retain his first family home in, albeit as an investment property now.
