In the Summer of 1985, while working in aerospace at Rocketdyne in Canoga Park, a co-worker got me interested in real estate. I went to school, passed the State exam the first time and, in March 1986, became an Agent at Valley Homes Realtors in Simi Valley (where I lived since I was a boy). A couple years later, after interviewing some other top brokers there, I decided to step-up into the innovative atmosphere of R. R. Gable Real Estate in February 1988, so as to serve my clients even better. In '97, I started prequalifying my Buyers for their purchase loans AND helping other clients with their refinances...but "only" as an "initial info & document intake and referral source" to a mortgage broker. I decided to take it to the next level and personally offer comprehensive, one-stop Buyer/Borrower services as a Realtor AND Loan Consultant in one person and earned my Mortgage Loan Originator's (MLO) endorsement in 2011, but not before getting blessed to obtain my Broker's license in 2001. Then, 3 years later, in 2004, I opened my own branch office of R. R. Gable, naming it what my teenage son at that time suggested, "Beckham Estate Brokerage!" Fast-forward 11 years, in the Summer of 2015,  we launched "BEB" as its own, independent real estate firm and have been Entrusted with more Success ever since, including through my Loan Officer affiliation with Greenback Funding, a long-time Mortgage Lender based in Simi, starting in March 2018.  In my desire to stay on the cutting-edge, I expanded my reach and technology tools to you and "yours" on a more global scale, continuing to develop my International Referral Network AND, most recently, becoming an Idaho Real Estate Broker/Realtor. So now I can personally serve you in both California AND Idaho, whether staying put OR relocating from one state to the other (and Beyond, through my ever-expanding Real Estate & Loan Consultancy & Relocation Services). Adding these layers to our already established comprehensiveness, we are gratefully achieving our joint aspiration of “Multiple Generations Fostering Community & Growing More Prosperous...Together.”

On a Personal Note!

Born in Glendale, California, Denny moved to Simi Valley as a boy with his family. Throughout grade school, he was blessed to be mostly an A-honor-roll student, graduating from Simi High with the Class of '81. He later took music, Spanish and business classes at Moorpark College and, while working on rocket engines paying his way through life as a teenager after his parents divorced, attended night school and graduated from the prestigious Lumbleau School of Real Estate in 1985, then passed California's rigorous state exam and received his real estate license in March of '86 (along with leasing his first "client-car," a turquoise Audi Quattro), and was married shortly thereafter. After making no money for a year as a part-time agent, he decided to quit his aerospace job and dive-in full-time in mid '87, thanks to God's Miraculous Providence! Denny continued to make his home in Simi until Election Day '24, when he and his wife decided to join their 2 adult children with spouses, and their 5 grandkids, in the Palouse Region of Northern Idaho, Latah County, in the University of Idaho's college and farm town of Moscow (don't pronounce it like Moscow, Russia, though, as you'll get corrected by the locals here, who all endearingly pronounce it "MoscO," like "MinneSOOOta, ya know?")!

Denny's love for Simi Valley and its surrounding areas was evidenced by his long-term commitment to them. He
​not only served the Real Estate Community as a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee twice at his local Association of Realtors...and the people of California as a Notary Public...but also completed two 2-year terms serving Simi as a volunteer on their Executive Board of Neighborhood Councils (#4). He then completed Simi Valley's renowned CERT/DSW training program twice so he could continue to serve as part​ of their Community Emergency Response Team/Disaster Services Worker. His latest civic involvement there was serving in Simi's Citizen's Police Academy Program (CPA), where he experienced a few 'boots-on-the-ground' realities that have enlarged his heart and equipped his hands to minister to broader spectrums of people and cultures even more compassionately and effectively than before, especially to his new-found friends and clients, who also love the beautiful and historic charm of both the small-town yet world-class America they find here, filled with inventive, artful, educated and hard-working youth and adults, local-grown and transplants, building something special together in these sought-after, more-simple, rural communities of Moscow, Troy, Deary and others, caught-up in the rolling, rivered hills and valleys that are surrounded by pristine, forested mountains which all so wondrously just start to identify our rare Latah County Heritage land and "country." What a Gorgeous Place to Call Home, Where People are Friendlier...and the Pace a Bit Slower...too! (And so much for my imagining Idaho as "just" full of flat potato fields and furrowed farmland, when it truly is "The Gem State" that includes those timeless treasures...but also offers so many less-known jewels beyond!)
