Denny BeckhamFounder of Team Beckham at RE/MAX ONE (Formerly Known As Beckham Estate Brokerage)In the Summer of 1985, while working at Rocketdyne in Canoga Park, a new hire became a co-worker and got me interested in real estate. I went to school, passed the State exam and in March of '86 became affiliated as an agent with Valley Homes Realtors in Simi Valley (where I've lived since I was 5). Then, after interviewing some top brokers here, I moved over to the innovative R. R. Gable Real Estate in February of '88. I earned my Broker's license and became a Broker-Associate with Gable in 2001, began also helping people with their mortgage financing needs and, in 2004, opened my own branch office, naming it what my teenage son suggested: 'Beckham Estate Brokerage'. Eleven years later, in the Summer of 2015, I felt compelled to launch 'BEB' as its own, independent entity and have subsequently been Blessed with more Success since then, including my most recent mortgage-origination affiliation with Greenback Funding, a long-time and local Direct Lender, in February of 2018. Even more recently in my Journey, I joined forces with innovative and closely-connected RE/MAX ONE (formerly RE/MAX Olson & Associates), the largest and most productive RE/MAX franchise in the world (AND the 13th largest broker in the nation, with 8 BILLION in CLOSED SALES & ONLY 1600 AGENTS, which equals an unprecedented $5,000,000 average PER REALTOR in annual production). Denny's His-Story
On a Personal Note!Born in Glendale, California, Denny moved to Simi Valley as a child with his family in 1969. He later graduated from the prestigious Lumbleau School of Real Estate in the heart of the San Fernando Valley in 1985 and received his real estate license in March of '86 (along with leasing his first car, an Audi Quattro, to 'show property'), then was married shortly thereafter! After making no money for a year as a part-time agent, he decided to quit his aerospace job and dive-in full-time in mid '87, thanks to God's Providence! Denny continues to make his home in Simi with his wife, two adult children, their spouses and 5 grandkids. Together, he and his team also serve as Music and Recreation Facilitators at The Rock Church of Simi Valley, the Original Christian Fellowship Denny got transformed at in 1980 and has been volunteering for in various capacities ever since...

Denny's love for Simi Valley and its surrounding areas is evidenced by his long-term commitment to them. He
has not only served the Real Estate Community as a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee at
the Simi Valley/Moorpark Association of Realtors and the people of California as a Notary Public but has also completed two 2-year terms serving Simi as a volunteer on the Executive Board of Neighborhood Council #4.
As part of his service thereon, he served on the Arroyo Clean-up and Neighborhood Council New Logo Committees, then completed Simi’s renowned CERT/DSW training program twice so he could continue to serve as part of their Community Emergency Response Team/Disaster Services Worker. His latest civic involvement was serving in Simi's Citizen's Police Academy Program (CPA), where he experienced a few 'boots-on-the-ground' realities that have enlarged his heart and equipped his hands to minister even more effectively to his cherished community at the grass-roots level, giving back to people at their point-of-need in these desperate times we find ourselves in.
