EXPOSURE: The Multiple Listing Service is employed as a tool to attract buyers through their agents. Your property will also be advertised locally, nationally and abroad on the internet. DATABASE MARKETING & REFERRAL NETWORK: Provide even more exposure to your home through a vast network of clients, friends, business associates and real estate professionals that Denny has personally served, or currently does business with. MARKET MONITORING: Throughout the marketing process, information on the real estate market in general, and your area in particular, is frequently monitored, analyzed and shared with you until your property sells. OFFER REVIEW & CONTRACTUAL REPRESENTATION: If changes need to be made to an offer after it is received, a counter offer will be drafted for your approval. This counter will then be forwarded to the buyer's agent for their buyer's response. This process continues until your property is SOLD! Denny can also serve as your Loan Consultant, helping you obtain pre-approval for your purchase financing. PERSONAL SHOWINGS & AREA TOURS: You will receive details and showings of all the homes you like, and become acquainted with the areas surrounding each property until you've found the right one. PURCHASE ANALYSIS, CONTRACT & NEGOTIATIONS: Once you've selected a property, we get the most home for your money by researching comparable sales in the subject property's neighborhood. You will then go through the purchase contract and create terms that would best satisfy your goals. If your initial offer is not accepted 'as-written,' Denny will represent you through any subsequent negotiations until you get the deal you desire.
